The consultation on reforms aims to create an ambitious, pro-growth, and innovation-friendly data protection regime that underpins the trustworthy use of data.

This consultation is the first step in the process of reforming the UK’s regime for the protection of personal data. Responses will provide the UK government with evidence to help shape any future reforms.
