Recruitment for Scottish AI Alliance Leadership open
As part of the Scottish AI Alliance announced in the strategy today, we would like to invite applications to join the Leadership circle of the Alliance
The Leadership Circle will oversee:
all work required to deliver the Strategy, to be taken forward by the Support and Delivery Circles
the communication and engagement programme, managed by a partnership of the Delivery and Community Circles
the development of the Scottish AI Playbook, working in conjunction with the Delivery and Community Circles.
Members will comprise senior figures from Scotland’s AI community will be recruited through an open call and related industries, with representation from the broader community. The Chair of the Alliance will be appointed by the Scottish Government.
The Leadership Circle will report directly to Ministers, who will advise the Scottish Parliament on the delivery of the Strategy
The Leadership Circle will provide guidance and prioritisation to the Support Circle who will coordinate engagement and activity with the Delivery and Community Circles.

We are seeking members with a broad and diverse range of backgrounds and experience who are passionate about helping Scotland to realise our Vision for AI.
To become a leader in the development and use of trustworthy, ethical and inclusive AI
We are seeking representation from a range of sectors, including academia, industry, the third sector, civil society the public sector as well as varied professional backgrounds such education, ethics, sciences, social policy, law and regulation. We also value perspectives both from within Scotland and from around the world.
