Consultation extended to 22 May 2020

The public consultation on The AI of the Possible: Developing Scotland’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy the strategy scoping document, opened on 17 February 2020.

The consultation was due to close on 27 March 2020 but in light of the current ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have decided to extend the closing date for responses to give everyone more time to respond.

We would like to hear from individuals and organisations from across Scotland – and beyond – on the proposals set out in the document, and on how Scotland can realise the benefits of AI for all of its people and organisations in a way that ensures no one is left behind.

We would also like to hear your thoughts on what else you feel it is important for Scotland’s AI Strategy to address.

The consultation will now close on Friday 22 May 2020.

We are also currently revising the remaining programme of work for the strategy’s development and will post an update in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, don’t forget that we have a range of fun interactive quizzes and downloadable conversation packs to help stimulate conversations around various topics in AI on our Get Involved page.
