Invitation to Quote for small digital comms project

To help us promote our new phase of engagement activities (watch this space), we have issued an Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for a small digital communications project. We are looking for an organisation or contractor to help us in our digital communications delivery for a period of 6 weeks from mid May onwards.
